Western Caspian University Library supports teaching, learning and research at the University and includes learning spaces in both branches located in Istiglaliyyat 31 and Ahmad Rajabli 21.

WCU Library aims to provide the users with timely access to the Library print and electronic collections and online resources.

Library staff provide users with:

• a range of requesting services to help locate the library materials,
• development of library collections,
• subscription to journal and e-book databases,
• promotion of library collections,
• organization of book fairs and library events,
• ensure the access to information sources,
• and proper use of library materials.
