What are the library open hours? 

Monday - Friday - 09:00 am - 18:00 pm. 

How do I register to the library?

Students can visit the library and fill out the registration form. After your registration is completed, circulation staff email you your library credentials to use the collections and resources. 

What in-person services are offered in the library?

Circulation Desk is available to answer questions in-person or by telephone during library regular open hours. 

Research consultation is available by appointment. Requests are received through library@wcu.edu.az. 

Does the library have textbooks?

The library hold textbooks, but some titles may not be available within the collections. Search the catalog to see the availability of the title you need.

How can I find a certain book?

All of the library holdings can be searched (by keyword, title etc.) and requested through the сatalog at the centre of the library website. 

Does the library hold the journals?

Yes, some of the current journal issues are displayed in the reading hall.

How can I access Perlego - e-book platform?

Perlego is available to current WCU students, faculty and staff. You can get a registration link by scanning Perlego's QR code in the library or via email. After registration you can read books online at www.perlego.com, as well as download Perlego application onto your mobile device for reading e-books offline.

Does the library have subscription to online platforms and databases?

Yes, library provides access to different subject - specific and multidisciplinary journal and e-book databases, including EBSCOhost and Perlego e-book platform.

What subjects are covered in library book collections?

Information technologies, philosophy, psychology, religion, sociology, politics, economics, law, environment, education, trade and logistics, linguistics, mathematics, astronomy, physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, agriculture, art, literature, geography, history and many more.
